These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the SMS/text messaging services provided by Myers Enterprise to its customers. By enrolling in or using our SMS Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in—whether during booking, account creation, customer service interaction, or by texting a keyword—you consent to receive SMS messages from Myers Enterprise, including:

  • Trip confirmations and updates

  • Vehicle arrival notifications

  • Service alerts or delays

  • Billing or payment notifications

  • Customer service communications

  • Marketing and promotional messages (only if you opt in)

Your consent to receive non-marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services and opt-in selections. Typical messaging may include:

  • 1–5 messages per trip for service-related alerts

  • Occasional promotional messages if subscribed

3. Charges and Fees

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges assessed by your carrier.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may discontinue SMS communications at any time.

  • For service messages: Reply STOP to any message

  • For marketing messages: Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or use any opt-out link provided

After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message.

6. Mobile Network & Delivery Disclaimers

We do not sell or share your mobile number for third-party marketing.

8. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian

  • The owner or authorized user of the mobile device and number provided

Myers Enterprise may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date revised. Continued use of our SMS Services constitutes acceptance of the changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Myers Enterprise is not liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of the SMS Services, including delayed or undelivered messages.

  • SMS Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state/country in which Myers Enterprise operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
